Luxury Cleans is a premium cleaning company. We built them a calm admin for bookings, invoicing, expenses and their team, plus a public website to match. Marking a job complete is all it takes to raise the invoice.
The goal: one calm place for today's jobs, the money coming in, and the money going out.
The challenge. A cleaning business does a handful of things on repeat: take a booking, do the job, get paid, keep track of costs. A generic CRM would bury that under dozens of modules nobody opens.
What we did. We built just those things, in Luxury Cleans' own words: General & Domestic, Deep Clean, End of Tenancy, Airbnb & Holiday Let Turnover. And we automated the bit of admin that always gets forgotten: the invoice appears the moment a booking is marked completed.
Go to Bookings and mark a job as Completed. Then look at Invoices, and at the Dashboard totals. Pay one off, add an expense, and watch the numbers move.
An overview of bookings, revenue and outgoings.
Change a status to see what the system does next.

Overdue is never stored. It's worked out from the due date.

Outgoings by category, set against paid revenue.

Recreated from the real admin's screens and rules, with invented sample data.
Mark a booking completed and its invoice is ready, with the client, price and due date filled in. Nobody has to remember.
Bookings in the next seven days, revenue, outstanding, expenses and profit are on one dashboard, with a six-month chart and a short list of what needs attention.
Services, statuses and settings match how the business already talks, so there's nothing to translate and little to learn.
The public site shares the same look and feel, and follows the visitor's light or dark preference.
Service, date, time, duration and price. A clear status flow from requested to confirmed to completed, with payment method and notes.
Mark a booking completed and its invoice is created straight away, with the client, price and due date already filled in. Re-saving never creates duplicates.
Branded invoices that can be emailed, with a shareable public page for each one. Mark paid, or see at a glance what's overdue.
Supplies, fuel and travel, equipment, insurance and marketing, tracked alongside income so profit is never a guess.
Bookings in the next seven days, revenue, outstanding, expenses and net, plus a six-month chart and a short "needs attention" list.
Owner and staff accounts, so everyone sees what they need and nothing more.
Business details, bank details, payment terms and the invoice note all live in one place and flow onto every invoice.
Take the numbers out whenever they're needed, for the accountant or the year-end.
A fast, static marketing site with a photo gallery that follows the visitor's light or dark preference.
A deliberately small system: bookings, invoices, expenses, people and settings. No module sprawl, which keeps it fast, easy to learn and easy to change.
Completion triggers the invoice, once per booking, with the details already filled in. The rule lives in one small place.
Whether an invoice is overdue is calculated from today's date, so the answer can never be out of date.
Every invoice can be viewed from a private link, with no account or password needed, so getting paid is as frictionless as possible.
The admin and the public site both adapt to the visitor's system theme, with their own tuned palettes rather than a crude invert.
Simple to move, restore and hand over, with clear step-by-step documentation so nothing depends on one person remembering how it works.
Let's find the boring bits and make them disappear. A free 20-minute call is the easiest start.
