01 — Overview

Stop copying data between tools.

An API lets one piece of software talk to another. Done well, API integration replaces copy and paste: a paid invoice marks the job as paid, a new enquiry creates a customer, and a daily check pulls your ad performance into one place instead of five dashboards.

There are two kinds of work. The first is connecting tools you already use, either to each other or to a system we build for you. The second is building an API for your own system, so partners, suppliers or other software can connect to it in a controlled way.

If a tool has an API, we can connect it. If it does not, we will tell you honestly what the options are, rather than promise something that will not hold up.

02 — Is this for you?

Signs you need integration

01

Double entry

The same information is typed into two or three systems, and mistakes creep in.

02

Tools that disagree

Numbers in one system do not match another, and nobody is sure which is right.

03

Daily manual checks

Someone logs into several dashboards every morning just to find out what has changed.

04

A system you cannot replace

A supplier, legacy or specialist system you have to keep, but need to connect to.

03 — What we build

What we connect

01

Payments

Take payments and have them recorded against the right customer and invoice automatically, with providers such as Stripe.

02

Accounting

Invoices and payments flowing into your accounting software, instead of being retyped.

03

Advertising platforms

Performance pulled in and checked every day, with newly appearing problems flagged. We have done this for Google Ads.

04

Email and messaging

Notifications, confirmations and reminders sent from the system when something happens.

05

Webhooks and automation

Systems that react to events as they happen, rather than waiting for someone to notice.

06

Custom APIs and AI services

An API for your own system, or AI connected to your own data where it genuinely helps, such as drafting quote lines from your price list.

04 — How we work

How we approach system integration

01

Map the flow of data

What starts where, what needs to arrive where, and what should happen when it does.

02

Connect with the least access needed

Integrations are given only the access they actually require, and are read-only wherever that is enough.

03

Make failures visible

When something goes wrong you are told, rather than finding out weeks later that data stopped moving.

04

Document it

Clear notes on what is connected and how, so your team or another developer can take it on.

Indicative timings and what each pricing tier includes are on the process and pricing sections of the home page.

05 — Client stories

API integration in practice

Real systems we have built for real clients. Each one started from a blank page, and no two look alike.

06 — Questions

API integration questions

What is an API integration?

It is a connection between two pieces of software so they can exchange information automatically. For example, a payment provider telling your system a customer has paid, so the invoice updates without anyone touching it.

Can you integrate the software we already use?

Usually, yes. If a tool has an API we can connect it: payments, accounting, ads, email, messaging and more. If it does not, we will tell you honestly what the options are.

How much do integrations cost?

Every project is priced as a fixed fee, in writing, before anything starts. One focused integration starts from £2,000, and integrations with your tools are included in our Core tier from £4,000. VAT may apply. See the pricing.

Do you only connect existing tools, or build APIs too?

Both. We connect your existing tools, and we can build an API for your own system so that other software can connect to it in a controlled way.

What happens if a provider changes its API?

Providers do change their APIs from time to time. We build integrations so that problems are visible rather than silent, and an optional support plan covers keeping them working.

Can you connect AI to our systems?

Where it genuinely helps, yes. For a waste removal firm we connected AI to their own price list so it drafts quote lines from enquiries and photos. See the Southeast Waste Solutions story.

Can integrations be part of a bigger build?

Often they are. Most CRMs and cloud applications need a few integrations to be useful, and we scope them together.

07 — More services

Often built together

Most projects use more than one of these. See all of our services.
