A CRM built from a blank page around how your business really sells and delivers. Pipelines, quotes, jobs, invoices and client portals in your own words, not a template you have to bend your process around.

01 — Overview

A CRM should fit the way you work, not the other way round.

Off-the-shelf CRMs are built for the average business, so most teams end up bending their process around the software, or paying for dozens of features to use a handful. A bespoke CRM starts from your own process instead: how enquiries arrive, who qualifies them, how you price and quote, what happens when a job is won and how you get paid.

We design the data first, then the screens, then the automations that remove repetitive admin. The result is a system your team recognises on day one, because it uses your words for your stages and your rules for your pricing.

It is also the right answer when your CRM is really a mix of spreadsheets, inboxes and message threads. We bring that into one place, move your existing customers across, and keep it flexible so it can grow with the business.

02 — Is this for you?

Signs you have outgrown off-the-shelf

01

Leads fall through the cracks

Enquiries arrive by form, phone, email and messaging apps, and nobody owns the follow-up.

02

Quotes take too long

Prices live in someone's head or an old spreadsheet, so every quote is built from scratch.

03

You are bending your process

Your current CRM cannot model your stages, your rules or your pricing without workarounds.

04

Admin eats the day

Invoices, reminders and paperwork are retyped between tools.

03 — What we build

What a custom CRM can do

01

Pipelines and stages

Your own stages, your own rules, all visible on one board instead of scattered across inboxes.

02

Quotes and proposals

Priced from your own rules and sent online. Acceptance can create the job and raise the deposit invoice automatically.

03

Jobs, projects and tasks

Checklists from templates, assigned to the right people, so nothing depends on memory.

04

Invoicing and payments

Invoices, recurring billing and payment records kept next to the customer they belong to.

05

Client portals

Clients log in to see documents, approvals, invoices and support requests, without emailing you for updates.

06

Automations and reminders

Follow-ups, recurring work and notifications that run on their own.

04 — How we work

How we approach CRM development

01

Start with how you work

A relaxed call, or a day alongside your team. We map how work arrives, who touches it and where it gets stuck, before anything is designed.

02

Design the data properly

Customers, jobs, quotes and invoices are modelled so that reporting and automation work later, not just the first screen.

03

Prototype, then build

A clickable prototype of your own system first. You move things around and we redraw, then we build it and test it on your real data.

04

Migrate and launch

We import customers from spreadsheets, phone contacts or your current software, train your team and stay on for support.

Indicative timings and what each pricing tier includes are on the process and pricing sections of the home page.

05 — Client stories

CRM development in practice

Real systems we have built for real clients. Each one started from a blank page, and no two look alike.

06 — Questions

CRM development questions

How much does a bespoke CRM cost?

Every project is scoped properly and priced as a fixed fee, in writing, before anything starts. A focused CRM starts from £2,000. A larger build with several modules working together, invoicing and integrations sits in our Core tier from £4,000, and bigger multi-team systems are scoped together. VAT may apply. See the pricing for what each tier includes.

How long does it take to build a CRM?

Indicatively, about a week to discover how you work, a week to design, then two to four weeks to build, followed by ongoing support. Your own timeline depends on scope, and we will give you a realistic plan when we scope it.

Why not just use an off-the-shelf CRM?

You can, and for some businesses that is the right call. But if you have ever bent your process around software, or paid for fifty features to use five, a system built around you saves time every single day.

Can you move our existing customer data?

Yes. We migrate it from spreadsheets, phone contacts or your current software, and tidy it up on the way.

Can the CRM connect to the tools we already use?

Usually, yes. If a tool has an API we can connect it: payments, accounting, ads, email and messaging. See our API integration services.

Who owns the CRM once it is built?

You do. Your data is always exportable and there is no lock-in. It runs on ordinary, dependable hosting, with an optional monthly plan for hosting and support.

Do you build CRMs for my industry?

Any sector. We have built CRMs for an agency, a waste removal company and a cleaning company, and the three share almost nothing, because the businesses behind them have almost nothing in common.

07 — More services

Often built together

Most projects use more than one of these. See all of our services.
